OUR GMS  LITERACY COACH:

     Ms. LaSala is our literacy coach here at the Garfield Middle School. She supports literacy instruction, guides the implementation of literacy programs and curriculum, and collaborates with teachers to meet the diverse reading needs of our students. OUR GMS  MATHEMATICS COACH:

     Mr. Friedman is our mathematics coach here at the Garfield Middle School. He supports the math teachers at GMS, helping them to develop rigorous lessons that meet the needs of our diverse student population. Additionally, he provides support to individual students in all classrooms and grade levels.
